Yves Rocher and Petit Bateau are both appointing new CEOs.
Yves Rocher has named Bris Rocher, the grandson of the brand’s founder, to the role, while Petit Bateau has appointed David Soulard, the former head of Camaïeu, as its new CEO.
**Yves Rocher
** Bris Rocher, 35, has been with the Yves Rocher group for 10 years, initially working in various roles in its international subsidiaries and then as managing director of the brand in France since 2020. He has now been appointed as the group’s CEO, effective September 12, 2023.
Rocher will replace Yves Rocher, who has led the group for the past 25 years. The founder’s grandson will be tasked with pursuing the transformation of the group, which has been underway for several years, focused on e-commerce, digitalization, and sustainability.
**Petit Bateau
** David Soulard, 54, will join Petit Bateau on September 1, 2023. He will take over from Guillaume Darrousez, who has been CEO of the brand since 2019. With these new appointments, Yves Rocher and Petit Bateau are looking to strengthen their positions in the competitive beauty and fashion markets, respectively. Bris Rocher represents a new generation of leaders within the family business, while David Soulard brings a wealth of experience in retail and brand management..
