US, China, Russia, Britain, France to hold Syria talks on Tuesday

MOSCOW/BEIRUT, July 12 (Reuters) – Russia, the United States, China, Britain and France will hold a new round of talks on Syria on Tuesday, the Russian foreign ministry said on Friday, as clashes intensified in the country’s northwest and the United Nations warned of a humanitarian crisis.
