On Monday, it opened a new retail store and community center in Fulton Market marking the brand’s third store in the Chicago area and 43rd globally, as well as opened a new retail store and community center in Green Hills, Nashville.

Similarly to its most recent store openings, the new 3,975-square-foot space in Fulton Market and the new 3,259-square-foot space in Green Hills speaks to the brand’s sustainable focus, via displays and overall store design. In store, a hallmark of Allbirds’s approach to sustainability, allows customers to see the carbon footprint of each product clearly displayed.

As a nod to the local Fulton Market community, the store also includes a custom mosaic tile artwork, a service bar created by local artist Jim Bachor, as well as exclusive merchandise like a Chicago Fulton Market wooden pin and White Tail Deer laces.

Meanwhile, the new location in Nashville includes nods to the local community including special merchandise such as a Tennessee Iris flower tote bag, Purple Martin laces and a Music Row inspired pin.

Earlier this year, Allbirds opened a new retail store and community center in New York City’s Flatiron District. It also opened its first store in Charlotte and a new retail store and community center in Carlsbad, California. It currently operates locations across North America, Asia, and Europe.

The San Francisco-based company most recently announced total revenues of $62.8 million in the first quarter ending March 31, compared to $49.6 million in the prior-year quarter.
