Castore swings further into golf with collection launch

With the 2023 Masters golf tournament tee-ing off at the Augusta National today (6 April), premium performance sportswear brand Castore has made a timely launch with a specialist golf collection.

As the brand moves across a host of high profile professional sports, Castore has now created a golf-specific line that features its technical fabrics and advanced engineering within the design of 62 products, ranging from polo shirts, gilets, tailored shorts, and trousers.

Derived from the concept of ‘Better Never Stops’, the collection supports the players and golfing novices “who demand the best and want to unlock greater potential, whether that’s when golfing with friends or hitting that all important birdie on the green”.

Castore’s Golf SS23 collection coincides with the signing of Malaysian two-time Olympian and professional golfer, Gavin Green. As Castore continue global expansion, Green will be showcasing the SS23 golf collection during his upcoming fixtures.

In February, the brand also signed four-time DP World Tour winner and 2016 Ryder Cup player Andy Sullivan as it builds on its fledgling golf roster beyond its already extensive association with football, cricket, rugby, motor racing, tennis and athletics.

Castore has been a winning name in the sports world in recent years, signing a stream of deals with major sports clubs and moving into new areas. Now it clearly sees the golf world as a major target.
