After BabyKid Spain+Fimi, held from January 26 to 28, the Feria Valencia exhibition centre will host two other major children’s fashion events this spring. From May 12 to 14, the space will lend its Hall 5 to the fair specialising in communion and ceremony fashion Día Mágico by Fimi and Fimi Summer, dedicated to Spring/Summer children’s fashion. This will be the first time that both events will be held together.
“This union meets the demand of Spanish and foreign buyers who are looking to concentrate their purchases all together in one single moment in their calendar, a unique alliance in which the fashion collections will have the leading role”, explained the director of both events, Alicia Gimeno.
“Exhibitors will have the opportunity to expand into new markets. We know that the schedule is going to be very tight for fashion, footwear and accessories, but we have to do our best in order to reach the whole public”, she continued, affirming that the alliance “is a commitment by and for all professionals involved in the children’s world”.
The upcoming edition promises to be a special one, as the leading communion event will be celebrating its 10th anniversary. The programme for both events has not yet been revealed, although it has been stated that the staging will be different to that usually presented at Fimi. However, it was confirmed that the now standard Paseo Mágico catwalk dedicated to communion fashion, one of the highlights of the Valencian fair, will be held during this edition.
